This Low Cal (99 Kcal per serving) dish is flavored with dried herbs and gets ready in less than 15 minutes. I like to load it with lots of garlic, as I feel the flavor of garlic takes this simple scramble recipe to a level higher in terms of taste.

Ingredients

 

  • 4 eggs 
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 ½ tsp of butter

 

 

 

 

Instructions:-

 

Whisk the eggs lightly, and then add the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk until blended.

 

Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the egg mixture..

 

As the eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds.

 

Continue cooking - pulling, lifting and folding eggs - until thickened. No visible liquid egg should remain and you must not stir constantly. your scrambled eggs are ready! Enjoy.

 

 

 

Note:

                 

If you want then skip milk.

If you want then add green chilli.
