The owner of My Food Story From India is me, Tj. My mother, who is the best cook I know, has taught me everything I know about cooking since I was seven years old.
I created My Food Story to assist individuals in creating excellent, enjoyable, and simple meals at home. Even deep-fried food produced in your own kitchen, in my opinion, is the healthiest food you can eat.
For this reason, I present to you dishes from India and other countries and simplify them so that YOU can make them in YOUR home.
EASY to cook and prepare. Usually between 30 and 45 minutes to allow time to prepare and serve food before anyone becomes ANGRY.
SIMPLE because I prefer to cook that way. Having said that, I enjoy some weekend tasks where I can practise, and I share those with you as well.
Because no one wants to waste time on a recipe that doesn't work, it is TRYED & TESTED. We repeatedly test all of our recipes to ensure that they are successful.
